    How soon before an exhibition should I purchase my display items?

    We recommend placing your order well in advance of your next exhibition to ensure your display is ready for use at the appropriate time. At Display Direct, we take pride in our ability to meet tight deadlines, but we prefer not to wait until the last minute to provide the highest level of customer service.

    What are your lead times?

    We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Stock items, such as literature stands and products that do not require printing, are typically dispatched within one working day. Most of our products are custom-made or assembled to your specifications, and may require 'print ready' artwork. We will contact you to establish a suitable delivery schedule. Our standard shipping service is a 2-4 working day delivery via a nationally recognised courier. For faster delivery, we offer an express 1-3 working day service, direct delivery, or collection from our head office. All delivery times are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee our standard delivery times for some remote rural areas. When ordering multiple items with different estimated delivery times, please use the longest estimated time as a guide.If an item is out of stock, we will inform you at the time of ordering or as soon as possible after the order has been placed.

    How do I upload my artwork?

    You can upload your artwork on the product pages. There are downloadable templates for you to set your artwork to. If you would like us to design your artwork for you, please select the design for me box before adding the product to the cart and use the Upload artwork box to upload any assets you have, such as logos and images.

    Can I reorder a previous design?

    Yes. If you've ordered with us before, we can usually reprint your previous design, making repeat orders quick and hassle-free. Simply provide your previous order number or contact our team, and we'll help you reorder your artwork or make any updates before printing if required.
